Numerof & Associates, Inc. is a St. Louis based strategic management consulting firm with a 20+ year track record providing strategic, marketing, and operational improvement services to Fortune 1000 companies. NAI is currently recruiting for a Director of Marketing and Communications, with a focus on our Healthcare (delivery, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare insurance) practice.

This position will report directly to the firm's Managing Partner. The Director of Marketing and Communications will drive development of marketing and communications strategy in support of NAI’s strategic and operational objectives with the help of the leadership team, and will be responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing assessment of these efforts.

The Director will be responsible for oversight of the day-to-day execution of all of NAI's Marketing and Communications activities: focused segment or service line initiatives, digital marketing, media relations, speaking, print placements, advertising and related promotional activity. The Director will be expected to advise, coordinate, and edit the efforts of the consulting staff in the development of appropriate digital and print content, and to use appropriate metrics and analytics to monitor business development and communications effectiveness. Growth and development opportunities in management, marketing, business development, and communications will parallel increasing depth of expertise in healthcare policy and the operational challenges of our target markets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of successful management experience in advertising, public relations, or communications in a professional services or B2B context
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, backed by a solid track record as a writer and editor, preferably healthcare related (including delivery, pharma, device, or healthcare insurance)
• Experience in creating and implementing effective communications strategies and initiatives
• Experience with website design, analysis and SEO
• Demonstrated experience with management and implementation of digital marketing
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with editors, reporters, speaking venues, and other influentials to create positive corporate exposure
